As the founder of Infinity Commercial Real Estate Group and a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), Albert has completed over $500 million in commercial transactions across Anchorage, Fairbanks, Southcentral Alaska, remote industrial markets, and the North Slope.

His expertise spans complex office, industrial, and asset management transactions, including the strategic oversight of multi-tenant Class A properties. He also has a proven track record in supporting large-scale resource development initiatives through real estate strategies tied to logistics, infrastructure, and long-term asset planning. This foundation translates seamlessly into sourcing, structuring, and negotiating M&A opportunities.

Albert has built enduring relationships with local industries, Alaska Native Corporations, and multinational firms such as SLB, Worley, Jacobs Engineering, and Alaska Airlines. He has also worked exclusively on behalf of Native Corporations including NANA, Afognak, and Sitnasuak.
